Facebook has now taken measures that they can do to reduce the spread of "unsafe content" into the user environment. These include philosophies and policies of controversial or harmful content, including hate speech. The degree of definition of freedom of speech varies from country to country. Global use of online social software has been criticized by “fire for its speech policies from multiple players” from multiple countries. People think "sometimes for taking down too much content, other times for not taking down enough."

But as the article says, in fact,  this issue already involves political legislation.

When I read this report, I was skeptical about the freedom of speech in the United States. Because Facebook has clearly defined the "list of prohibited content categories". when the technology is not mature, the US government made a certain degree of mandatory intervention on Facebook. The short-term development and implementation of such a network legal system may be very hindered.

I am not a fan of facebook, but I hope the facebook can better and better in the future. However, We need to spend times to wait.

Facebook has banned content and information that is directly harmful. That harmful content is defined as any content that organizes real-world violence, theft or property damage, or content that directly causes emotional distress to a particularly private person (such as bullying). Facebook already has rules. They’re called terms of service.

However，“Australia has proposed throwing executives in jail if they let violent videos linger on their sites. Germany fines companies for illegal hate speech. Britain is considering hefty fines for “harmful content.” ”

In my mind, Facebook's mission is always to provide a platform where people can freely share and express content, information, and ideas. In this online world, everyone still respects the rights of others. These are surprisingly positive things when people can share meaningful conversations and exchanges with their friends, family, and community online. Some cases of harmful behaviors due to harmful content shared on Facebook are only accidental.

The important thing is that Mark Zuckerberg, （the founder, and CEO of Facebook） is explicitly calling for government regulation of specifically political speech on his platform and beyond.

Some things are already being solved. Facebook is doing its best to seek supervision or terms of service, just want to get better.

Honestly， I need tell you about the option part in newspapers, which I never knew that before. The first time I knew and learned option and everything about Op-Ed. A good article not only requires a lot of advanced adjectives, but also other things. Offering solutions or possibilities is necessary, this researcher (writer)  described some of the major questions and some self view of points. I started to think deeply about a issue news. For the Op-Ed, the author will give readers some personal opinions and many aspects of thinking about this topic. Not only my presentation and my comments prove that I learned something new，and I know the structure of this type of article. I also wrote two comments, so I read a lot of comments from other readers. Then I knew What do you need to write a lot of comments? We need something like,“in other words” and Drawing on your own unique personal experiences (could count as evidence) After experiencing this whole WP2, I finally understood what was “Information Sensitivity”   ＋“Online confidence” = “reflects concerns about privacy online” (p. 252)
